Product appearance

Please note that the colors, textures, and dimensions of the artworks displayed on this website may vary slightly from their actual appearance due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, and other factors. Additionally, many artworks are finished with transparent epoxy, which can alter their appearance in person compared to digital representations. While we make every effort to present the artworks as accurately as possible, no rights can be derived from the images shown on this website.


Damage and issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us immediately via info@artchi.nl. Ensure you include clear photos of the damage, your order number, and any other relevant information. We must receive your notification within 48 hours of delivery. After receiving your email, we will assess the situation and determine an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement.

 

Returns

Artchi operates a 14-day return policy within the European Union, meaning you have 14 days from receipt of the artwork to request a return. To qualify for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition as when you received it. Ensure it is returned in its original packaging or a suitable replacement if necessary. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and bears full responsibility for the return shipment. To initiate a return, contact us via info@artchi.nl. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, informing you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund within 10 working days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and dispatch the refund.
